Sabare Carpets manufactures an extensive range of tufted carpets in loop pile, cut piles, hi-lo loops, high pile shags and cut-loops. The machines are capable of producing products from Cotton, Wool, Chenille (Cotton/Viscose), Jute, Blends of Rayon Cotton & Bamboo, Polypropylene (BCF/Heat Set), Nylon (BCF/Heat Set) and recycled yarns of polyester, cotton and wool.
The plant has the capability and capacity to manufacture various products in different gauges and textures up to 7.5 million sq.mtr. annually and the backing line (CAMPEN) has the ability to do different kinds of latex backing up to 11 million sq.mtr. annually.
The entire plant has a facility to run on captive power.
All machines have the capability to run different textures, fibers. The company can invest on further machines in different gauges based on consistent business volume. All machines are of wider width. The monthly production capacity of different machineries installed to make wide range of carpet and related products is given hereunder. |
